Specialty green coffees
Are you seeking high-quality, ethically produced coffee for your roastery? Orijem Timor produces a range of washed, natural and anaerobically fermented specialty coffee lots. Our two major exports lots are a Regional Wash and 5D Anaerobic Natural.
Regional Wash is a good all-rounder specialty coffee suitable for espresso or filter roasts. For a medium roasted filter profile, the Regional Wash presents notes of citrus fruits and herbal tea. As an espresso roast, it will present tart lemon-lime flavours, smooth medium body and a nutty/black tea finish.
5D Anaerobic Natural is an exceptional speciality coffee, recommended to feature as a single-origin coffee.
The filter roast has strong notes of red fruits, bright acidity and a delicate mouthfeel. In an espresso roast, the 5D shows mixed berry flavours, winey aromas, and a round body.
We export to Australia, Indonesia and other nations on demand.
